The membership form is a PDF. If your computer can’t read it, download and install Adobe Reader. First visit the Adobe website and click on “Get Adobe Reader”. Next, follow the instructions to install Adobe Reader. Once Adobe Reader is installed, download the membership form again, and mail it in.
